David Sanchez

David Sanchez is a military veteran who served 2 tours of duty in Iraq. Over the past 17 years, David had worked in the public service sector and in construction.
During that time, he has invested in and purchased single family residential homes, which lead to being a landlord and self-managing several properties. This experience also opened the for David to multifamily real estate investing on a larger scale.
His experience with working with investors, acquiring and managing these properties has been an asset to helping him succeed in the multifamily arena. His background in the military, public sector and construction has given him the foundation for his hard work and drive that goes into how he works on deals for his investors, and he's a major asset to the Industria Capital Group.
